Selling Process

Do you want a Brokerage that is looking out for the best interests of the Seller ?  Top photography.  Open Houses.  Quality Marketing.  Instant advertising on Social Media & Websites.  Driskill Realty regularly sets records for $$$/sq. ft in their neighborhoods.  That is because Driskill Realty knows how to market.  Remember this:  Selling a home is a live auction … always has been.  The auction does not end until the Seller says so.  So why would anyone start the auction early when there are only a few participants?  At Driskill Realty we will not use a Coming Soon sign that tends to benefit the Listing Agent instead of the Seller.  We save the Bling of selling your home when the most people know about it and have access to it.  Like an auction this has the best chance to drive the price higher.

So you are thinking about updating your home before listing it.  Schedule a visit with a Driskill Realty agent to find out what items would be the best to update.  Sometimes you should spend some money on updates prior to listing and sometimes not.  It is best to schedule that appointment with a Driskill Realty agent to discover which items will be inviting to a potential buyer.  Remember that Every Home has a price.  But top dollar comes to well prepared homes … not perfect homes … well prepared homes.

When you are making a decision about listing your home, a Driskill Realty agent will spend time explaining the contract with you.  This important item gives you a heads-up on what to expect when that time comes when you get an offer(s).  Therefore, you will be versed on what to expect.  One of the most important pieces of this is the Sellers Disclosure form.  State of Texas mandates the Sellers Disclosure form in almost every circumstance and the Driskill Realty agent will explain the form to you before you fill it out.  They cannot, by law, help you fill it out, but it is important to know what the terms mean and what is being asked for in that form.  We will take the time to explain it before you have to fill it out.
